On the ground floor, guests will find a European cuisine restaurant and a lobby bar. Breakfast is served daily and includes buffet, à la carte, set menus, and VIP options. Business lunches are also available in the restaurant.

During the summer, an open-air terrace in Siberian style is available for guests in the hotel’s courtyard. A gym is open 24/7, and room service is available around the clock with a special menu. Airport and train station transfers are provided for guests. Other amenities include a laundry, steaming service, ATM, ironing service, newspapers, and a safe.

For guests with children, the hotel offers children’s bathrobes, cribs, a special kids’ menu in the restaurant, high chairs, and free breakfast for children from 0 to 6 years old. Children can also check in at a dedicated children’s registration desk, where they will receive their first children’s passport.

Guests have access to a congress hall and 14 conference rooms and meeting spaces with flexible layouts, accommodating up to 1500 guests. All rooms are equipped for events of various formats and sizes. The transformer rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the congress center are separated by soundproof partitions. Each venue is equipped with auxiliary equipment for conferences, online meetings, banquets, gala dinners, weddings, and VIP events. There is underground parking for 50 cars. All congress center floors are connected by escalator and elevators.

The hotel staff speaks both Russian and English.

The hotel offers rooms of various categories with the necessary amenities. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, tea set, safe, TV, slippers, and shoe cream. All rooms have a dedicated workspace with a desk, lamp, and high-speed internet. Bathrobes, dental and shaving kits, sleep masks, and earplugs are available upon request.
