What was goodRestaurant Pirogi is very good. The Room with balcony is nice.

What was badNobody speak English, receptionist, waiters and managers. Only one barman speak a little bit. Is a must that few crews members speak English in Hotel even in Vladikavkaz. The room is clean only every 3 days, is not write at all in English, my wife notice in Russian a note, in my life I never experience something like this. I suggest to tell guests upon arrival about this rules, and prehaps charge a fee to clean room daily!! A restaurant menu in English is mandatory!! Wine selection is poor, maybe for New Year festivity is better buy more bottles to cover demand and shortage. Staff need to smile more often!!! Room 202 has a shower door broken and has a clogged drain. We ask to change the room.
