The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Between January 16, 2026 and March 16, 2026, the hotel will undergo scheduled modernization works on the elevator equipment. During this time, the elevator will be unavailable. Access to all rooms will only be possible via the stairs. All rooms will be accessible by stairs only. The hotel guarantees staff assistance with carrying luggage up and down the stairs for all guests. If guests have medical conditions or mobility limitations that make accommodations without an elevator impossible, they are asked to notify the hotel in advance when booking. The hotel will consider providing rooms on the lowest floors (subject to availability) or offer rebooking options.

Guests are required to pay extra for meals at the hotel.

Each guest must have an original valid passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation when checking in, and a birth certificate for children under 14 years of age. Foreign citizens should have a passport confirming their identity and a full package of documents confirming their right to stay in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The hotel consists of two buildings: the main building and an annex. Both buildings are located at the same address. Guest rooms may be situated in either building.
