Eco-Dacha Oblaka Recreation center is located in Kotovsk.
The complex built in 2024 is suitable for family vacations and small companies. The house has everything you need. There is an equipped kitchen: cutlery, a set of dishes, wine glasses, shot glasses, pots, a frying pan, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, an eclectic stove, a refrigerator, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, spices, vegetable oil, a table and chairs for guests. The recreation area has Wi-Fi, Smart TV, water heating, a sofa, a music speaker, board games. There is a bathroom and a toilet.
There are security cameras on the territory. There is parking for 2 cars, outdoor background lighting, a terrace where you can stay with a company or family. There is a Russian wood-fired bath: brooms are provided, bath infusions are paid separately. There is also a Siberian vat for guests: you can additionally decorate the vat with citrus fruits, roses, pine branches for an additional fee. There is a fire pit area with a swing, a gazebo with a 4-in-1 barbecue: skewers, a grill and a cauldron, a place for smoking, firewood for the cauldron are included in the price. Coals and kindling can be brought with you or purchased at the guest house.
Additional services are available to guests: a romantic table that will be prepared for the arrival of guests and decorated as desired; a gift certificate for a daily stay for any amount; morning photo sessions until 12:00, provided that the house is not booked for at least 2 hours; the bride's morning until 12:00, provided that the house is not booked, or an additional day is booked; home decoration for a birthday.

Additional information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. You can get to the recreation center by bus #115 from the Tambov railway station or by shuttle #115 and ask to stop in front of the bridge (near the restaurant).
For check-in, an agreement is concluded with the guests.
The price is indicated for 2 people;
When booking, 50% of the cost is paid, the rest upon check-in;
A deposit is charged, which is returned on the day of departure after cleaning, subject to compliance with the rules of residence and the safety of property.
Cancellation of booking:
Less than 6 days - full cancellation, no refund of the prepayment.
Accommodation with animals is strictly prohibited.
Use of the vat:
Additionally, you can decorate the vat with citrus fruits, roses, pine branches - the cost must be clarified with the staff of the recreation center.
If guests want to decorate the vat themselves and add steam - a fee is charged for cleaning the vat from spruce branches and fruits.
The heating of the sauna and sauna vat is discussed separately. Time until the vat is ready: 3-4 hours; sauna: 40 minutes - 1 hour.
After using the barbecue, it is necessary to wash the dishes, cauldron, skewers and grate. Or the fee for cleaning services is deducted from the guests' prepayment.
The house is not suitable for noisy companies and parties.
House rules:
- Only the agreed number of people can be in the house. If more people are found, a fee is charged for each person according to the price list;
- Smoking hookahs, cigarettes and electronic cigarettes in the house is prohibited;
- The use of any open fire in the house is prohibited - lighters, matches, candles, sparklers. A fine is charged.
- It is prohibited to launch fireworks on the territory of the site;
- It is prohibited to make open fires not in specially designated places. Use coals in the grill, firewood only in the stove (sauna, vat, cauldron);
- It is forbidden to throw toilet paper and hygiene products in the toilet;
- Garbage is taken out by guests themselves.
- Please observe the silence regime on the street after 10:00 PM. In case of noise violation and complaints from neighbors, a fine will be charged.
- Please take care of the house, nature, and property;
- Please keep it clean, do not walk around the house in shoes. |
