Good réception who could speak a little bit of English and French. They are friendly and did a copy of my immigration card.
There is parking but it's also Vladivostok tricky to get inside as it's narrow. So for a big car it's going to be hard.
A lot of staircase, so not adapter to wheelchair from what I could see.
Over happy with my choice

The price is worthy comparing location and comfortable access at anytime.
What was bad
This hotel is old, small and located at back aisle. The surrounding is not comfortable at first couple of days. Later it becomes okay to us though.
