Good hotel with nice staff. I was late by a day because my flight was cancelled and they kept my room and didn't charge me for that day. Also, they noticed it was my birthday and gave me supper on the house. Special thanks goes out to Ekaterina whose customer care skills are second to none. She and her colleagues made my stay pleasant and memorable. My only gripe is that the little bar didn't have any Russian beer: only Western brands I can drink anytime at home!
