The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

When paying deposit by card: Internet acquiring, bank transfer by QR-code and bank transfer by phone number are available.

Cash payment is possible for paying deposit. When paying the deposit in cash, an additional payment of RUB 500.00 is required for the administrator's visit.

Contactless check-in is possible around the clock, but guests must contact a representative of the property before 08:00 PM for check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.

Mini-bar in the rooms is surcharged.

The booking price includes only one set of bed linen; additional sets are available for a fee of RUB 500.00.
