Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license.

Before check-in, guests must complete online registration: fill out a form with passport details and present a photo/scan of the document (check-in is impossible without registration and providing a passport). On the day of arrival, the guest will be sent instructions for self-check-in; in case of difficulties, guests can contact the accommodation facility using the contact information from the booking confirmation email.

Accommodation with pets is only possible by prior arrangement.
