On the territory of the guest house there are 2 buildings, 2 summer covered gazebos — a tea area, a cafe and an «animator's gazebo», an outdoor heated pool with hydromassage and separate adult and children's bowls, a dining room, a playground, an evening cinema, a trampoline, table tennis, an outdoor parking under video surveillance in front of the territory of the guest house. For the convenience of guests, the tea area is equipped with: a microwave oven, cutlery, an electric kettle, there is round-the-clock access to filtered water.

Also on site, guests can take advantage of active and board games, a mini-library. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the guest house.
