Additional information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk opening hours 10:00 - 22:00. A baby cot for children from 0 to 2 years old with bed linen and a bath towel is available on request for an additional fee – RUB 1500.00 per stay.
Mandatory payment for final cleaning of RUB 1500.00 is made upon arrival together with the security deposit.
For stays of more than 7 days, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is provided, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1500.00 for each cleaning. Payment for final cleaning and intermediate cleanings is made by depositing funds via the fast payment system to the details sent.
Upon arrival for 1-2 days, payment for final cleaning and a security deposit is paid before sending check-in instructions to guests. The insurance deposit is returned to the card before 00:00 AM in case of no claims to the object and proper implementation of the rules of residence.
To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance and obtain check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 12:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
