Additional information

Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license.

For stays of more than 7 days, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning is provided with the replacement of bed linen and towels, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1000.00 for each cleaning. Payment for the final, as well as intermediate cleaning, is made by depositing funds according to the SBP to the sent details upon arrival along with the insurance deposit.

Upon arrival for 1-2 days, payment for final cleaning and a security deposit is made before sending the remote check-in instructions to the guests. The security deposit is returned to the card before 12:00 AM, in case there are no claims to the rented object and proper compliance with the rules of accommodation.

A cot is available for babies from 0 to 2 years old. Bed linen and bath towels are available on request for an extra charge of RUB 500.00.

To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

The possibility of living with small dogs is agreed upon in advance on an individual basis and for an additional fee. In case of detection of signs of living with animals without prior agreement and payment, a fine of RUB 3000.00 is provided.

The apartments are not rented out for noisy events and parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.

The apartment has a boiler, which eliminates the lack of hot water in case of an emergency or preventive seasonal shutdown.
