There is a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, a two-burner electric cooktop, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and an oven.
A large Smart TV, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron with ironing board, hairdryer with various nozzles for different styling, a full set of tableware and kitchen utensils, and cleaning products are available.
A 2-in-1 coffee machine allows guests to make either ground or Nespresso capsule coffee. A welcome set of groceries is offered, high-speed Wi-Fi is available, as well as a boiler in case of hot water outages, a fan for hot days, and a hanging swing with lighting on the balcony.
There are two separate sleeping places in the flat: a double bed 140х200 with an orthopedic mattress on an independent pocket spring block, and an armchair-bed with a sleeping area of 80х200.

Additional information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk opening hours 10:00 - 22:00. For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels is provided. This cleaning is charged additionally at RUB 800.00 for each cleaning. Payment for final and intermediate cleanings is made along with the security deposit on the day of check-in.
When staying for one or two nights, payment for the final cleaning and security deposit is made before check-in instructions are sent to guests. The security deposit is refunded by 12:00 AM if there are no claims regarding the property or violations of the house rules.
The flat is not rented out for noisy events or parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
The possibility of staying with small dogs is agreed upon individually and in advance, for an additional fee. If signs of pets are found without prior agreement and payment, a fine of RUB 3000.00 is imposed.
To arrange check-in registration, guests must contact the administration in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Calls and messages are accepted from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
A baby cot with bed linen and a bath towel is available upon request for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 for the entire period of stay. |
