Very kind and helpfull staff
Perfecr food. You can use the spa allday long free of charge and its full of different things you can do on it. Taci can drive ypu to the skicenter for 5€ all organized by staff

Hospitality - 5⭐ . Everyone is very helpful and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best.Martina and her team showed professionalism and high level of hospitality 

Accomodation -5⭐. Cleanliness and fixtures were at the highest standards 

Location - 5⭐.Great view and very close tot the center of Kopaonik. 

Restaurant -5⭐. Waiters ( Emir , Damir ) very professional . The food very delicious. Dragan restaurant manager very professional , always present on the floor and always ensuring each guest have a great dining experience. 

I don't have any negative comments on our experience at Mujen Lux Kopaonik .we will certainly be back.

I enjoyed my visit together with my little dog. They are marked with Pet Travel Advisor, so look up on the web for more about visit rules or just ask for it. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, especially the manager Nataša.

Good location. The bus to the ski slopes and the ski wardrobe there are very comfortable. The restaurant is very nice and the food is delicious. The room were cleaned every day. The whole place was very clean and it was nicely warm even when there was a snow storm outside.

The hotel is located a few kilometers from the centre of Kopaonik. The hotel offers a limited secured parking for free. The hotel staff is very friendly and and always at your disposal.

Free wifi is available and even of good quality in the room. 

The breakfast was good and had an extensive choice.

Room was good, clean and spacious, warm water, comfortable bed. Good value for money. Staff is polite and answering all your questions. Food is also very good. I would recommend this hotel! Mujen Lux is excellent.

We have spent one night at Mujen Lux Kopaonik and couldn't wake up the next day feeling more relaxed. When we left Bucharest and on our way the weather was crazy hot and we felt super relaxed the very instant we have arrived to Kopaonik. The air there is super crisp and fresh.

Mujen Lux is a very beautiful mountain resort with multiple saunas, indoor and outdoor pool and so many other spa facilities. So, me and my friends have spent the entire afternoon jumping from one sauna to the other, sun bathing and then fooling around in the pool. It was such a great day. The next day we woke up super relaxed and with an amazing view to the green mountains. The breakfast was specific for that area and it was amazing, so we left refreshed on the road and filled with energy. Cannot wait to go back, this time in winter to see the amazing landscapes under the snow.

Reception staff was super polite and nice, we needed to change our room and it was done immediately.

Breakfast was great.

The rooms are nicely decorated but not clean enough and we had to ask several time to get the room cleaned and towels changed.

Wellness section should be avoided at all costs, the pool is cold and the jacuzzi was smelly and jets not working. They told us they were planning to renovate it starting in September.

All in all we would come again because of polite staff, good location and good price.

It’s really value for the money.We were 2 family with four school children-they were very satisfied.The staff is very polite.App was very spaceous,beds very comfortable,very clean,enough towels.It isn’t very big hotel-so-spa is good enough-we enjoyed every moment.Everything we complained was fixed for a minute.Thx for really good holiday🌟

Recomend Mujen Lux Kopaonik

First of all, staff is very kind and professional. Ski shuttle doesn’t function at all, so if you wanna ski just take taxi - don’t bother. Room is too dark, no good lightening at all. We had family room, room with big bed was with no any foot pass trough bed, so tiny room. Spa is small but very compatible, with three different type of sauna. It is very clean. Breakfast is very good and tasty! Čevapi are very good!
