Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Due to COVID, our new reception operating hours are 7-11am and 4-8pm for check-in. Do alert us if you require late check-in. We will arrange for a staff to work overtime to wait for you. Just make your way to the hostel, ring the bell upon arrival and our staff will come out to assist you. Prior arrangement required. • Late check-in charges are as follows: 1) S$8 per booking from 8pm to 12 midnight. 2) S$16 per booking after 12 midnight (alternatively, you may wait at the airport and catch the first train around 6am. Our staff will check you in from 7am to 11am the next day at no additional charge. The payable total price may be subject to a slight change due to the GST rate increase in 2023 and 2024.
