The location is perfect if you want to experience more relaxed atmosphere of the city, near tye port, Busan tower, Biff and Jagalchi market. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby as well as one of the Lotte Mall and underground mall. Just remember it's not Seoul and everything closes much much sooner.

Great bed. Friendly staff. Near everything from the convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants, park, tower, mall, big shops, bank, train station, you name it, this hotel is very handy. And dont forget to tourist attractions and beach too. No breakfast offered but free bottles of water you collect in the counter.

Excellent quality with low priceworth to stay again

what i love much about this hotel is its strategic location, the back is the fashion street and the busan tower,a little further to one side is biff and on the other side lotte department store, indeont is entrance 1 to nampo station line 1 and across is the fresh seafood market and dried fish market.
the hotel is reasonably priced and you basically get what you paid for! if i come back to busan, i will definitely stay here again and recommend this to my friends.

The location of this property is ideal with tons of shopping and dining options just steps from the hotel. It was a little older, but all the other factors make up for that, and I would stay here again

Good location. Room has everything that you need.

The address for this hotel is for the parking garage, so my taxi driver had difficulty locating it.  The hotel is very close to Nampo station Exit 1.  This station is only a few stops from Busan station.Also note: checkin is done on the 2nd floor.  Nothing indicates tbat at the entrance.The hallway on the 4th floor is somewhat forbidding.   But the room, which faced the back of the hotel gives a good view of Busan Tower and a small temple, was fine although it was spartan. The mattress was very firm.  The comforter was clean and comfortable.  The refrigerato was larger than is usual in hotel rooms, so keeping food was convenient and easy.  Rooms do not have microwave ovens.  However, a general use microwave is available on the 2nd floor.Tbe bathroom was very clean.  It was a wet bathroom.  Water was very hot.  Water pressure was good. Please note, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash are available. Other personal care products are not standard, but you can ask for them.Tbe location is excellent!  Walking distance to Lotte Mall, many restaurants, shopping of other types, transportation (Nampo Station, Exit 1), Yodulsan Park, Busan Tower, Jalgachi Fish Market, street markets, maritime museum, and plenty of other attractions Rooms are definitely no frills.  The staff is helpful.  Maps of the Jung-go area are available in English and Korean.  If you don't mind a no-frills place to sleep, this would be a good place to stay.  I was here for 8 days.

The best part about this hotel is the location. The lobby is pleasant too. Room size is decent, bigger than most hostels I've stayed in, however some furniture / appliances are oversized like the tables, cabinets, and refrigerator. The towels provided are torn and have huge gaping holes but are otherwise clean.

The cleanliness and constant replenishment of bottled water is good so this makes up for the sad state of the towels. 

All in all, a good stay for the price. Would recommend it to my friends looking for a clean place to stay, and the location can't be beat.

Great location

The hotel is located near the harbour, in walking distance from the fish market, night market, street food market and Busan tower. The bars are great and people are friendly. 
The hotel experience was ok, but some aspects were a little disappointing.When we arrived at the property, there were not enough bath towels and the ones we received were old and tworn.

I went there on Christmas Eve and because of its location, it was easier to go to places within walking distance. Good place for a one night stay :) P.S. You must stop by to see the Tree Festival in December!

Good for one night stay

This hotel was in need of a serious deep cleaning and upgrade of furnishing. The sheets had hair on them, as did the floor. The air con was full of black mold. The shower curtain was filthy. The location was great and the staff was friendly but that does not make up for the dirty ness.
