Booked this online under the name Business Y Hotel but the sign outside says Lifestyle Y. It's close to both bus stations in Cheongju. Hotel grew on me after a few nights. Breakfast is mostly Korean food with hot soup and rice. Mondays are continental breakfast only. There is a Lotte Mart nearby and some restaurants walking distance. This area has some hostess bars but felt safe to me. Ice lollipops and soft drinks are complimentary for guests in the lobby. There is no fourth floor.
