It was an excellent choice for the location. Very easy to commute, even with several luggage, from Incheon airport to this guesthouse, which is very near a very identifiable big subway station called ‘Myeongdong’. It is also a popular shopping and lively district. Several convenient bus lines are as well there very easy to take even if you do not know Korean and use Google Map apps for example. Our room was simple, very small (something like 9m2), but very clean. With a fridge, good heating and aircon system. Toilet, shower. The TV did not work... or we were not able to make it work! Anyway we could not use it. And we forget few times to request help (so our fault). For us, the only thing that was annoying is that you do not have a real breakfast area, there is no table, nor a common lounge where you could properly seat. You have to take with you all the breakfast stuffs yourselves and eat them in your own bedroom. There is de facto no common room where you could meet travellers and discuss or exchange tips. In our tiny room, there is also no chair at all where you can seat and put your shoes on. In our bedroom, we had a window (of course and luckily), but it seems not all rooms have one (not sure). Having said this, the owners, a charming couple, is doing a very good service, and will help you the best to inform you. They help us book a tour for us. At breakfast (a simple one) they do cook one egg and ham for you, change daily the towels, and they are always smiley and polite. In this guesthouse, you have to pay all all your nights at check-in. We were very pleased also that when we arrived early the first day, that they allow us to check in and gave us then the possibility to have few hours heavily needed of deep sleep. We appreciated. Bravo. For all those points, and also linked to its price range, we give a 5 rate.
