We recently stayed at Orakai Insadong Suites, and our experience was truly excellent from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location — steps away from food, shopping, and cultural attractions — but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service from the entire hotel staff. A very special thank-you to Joy and Elly at the front desk. They consistently went above and beyond their duties to help us navigate Seoul. Whether we needed directions, help with the subway system, or recommendations for places to visit, they were always patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their warm hospitality made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Not only Joy and Elly, but the entire hotel team — from the front desk to housekeeping — was professional, welcoming, and attentive. We always felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. I highly recommend Orakai Insadong Suites and would gladly stay here again. Thank you to Joy, Elly, and the whole staff for making our Seoul experience wonderful!
