I stayed in Room 911, which I loved so much that I already know I want to stay there again. While I couldn’t remember everyone’s names, several exceptional team members made our stay unforgettable. Eric Yoo, Manager on Duty, responded to my pre-arrival requests and arranged a fabulous upgrade that exceeded my expectations. Ella Nam in Guest Relations surprised me with not one but two handwritten letters — one welcoming me and another wishing me a happy birthday. Such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture! At the front desk, Zoey Park was delightful and professional — fluent in both Korean and English. She was witty, kind, and made us feel at ease right away. What a wonderful first impression! It made check-in a truly pleasant experience. I had hoped to see her again during my stay, but sadly missed the chance. In the Gym & Sauna, 김은채 always greeted us with a bright smile and made our morning visits so pleasant. At Aria Restaurant, 이소연 remembered our preferred table from the second day onward — such attention to detail is truly impressive given how many guests they serve. In the Executive Lounge, 선민희 and David made our evenings extra special with Korean music, drinks, and their cheerful energy. The festive atmosphere and staff outfits created such a joyful mood, and when a small misunderstanding occurred, David handled it with great professionalism and care. The Housekeeping Team was absolutely outstanding. Their evening turndown service, with slippers and bottled water placed neatly by the nightstand, reflected such genuine care and attention to detail. Our three-night stay was impeccable. My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed the location, the food, the amenities, and above all, the exceptional service from the entire team. I truly hope to return soon! The pricing is on the higher side for hotels in Seoul, but the experience makes it well worth it — and of course, I’ll happily welcome any future specials or promotions! I even tried to reach out to General Manager Heejong (Vivien) Lee to share this feedback directly, but her contact information seems impossible to find — she must be a well-kept secret!
