The rooms are clean and tidy.Quite close to shopping centres and train station.

Good location, simple room comfortable enough with good company, may be a little dirty behind the bed head. do note the toilet is entirely see through glass panels and doors from the bedroom. so we used bed sheets to cover the toilet up for privacy.

When checking in, the lady at the desk (with out checking the computer) proceeded to tell me there were no rooms. Had to bust out the translation app and passport to convince her I had a reservation.The property advertises "free parking" but there's only 3 spots, and they're all lined up in a small alley with only one way out, so if you get boxed in, you're screwed.You can tell that the hotel has been renovated recently, but upkeep and repairs are lacking. The wall paper was torn and stained, presumably from negligent travelers tossing around their suitcases. I had the hotel room for 3 people... but the bathroom had only one large towel and 3 hand towels... so... bring your own? They did replace them daily, but still... Those gripes aside, the gentleman on the night shift was very courteous. The room is clean, linen is clean, bathroom is clean. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again, but if I had to, I would.

If pictures can be deceiving, this is one place i couldn't even begin to talk about! Will simplify as follows:-
Likes
1. Great wifi signal in the room. Each room has its own.
2. Lots of tv channels to watch from though i don't understand why they would also show 'Home Shopping'. Its not like i could buy them.
3. Heated floor.
4. Really powerful hair dryer.

Dislikes:
1. Wallpaper is peeling
2. There are mold and mildew in the toilet/bathroom
3. Aircon cannot be used as the floor is heated. So there is no air circulation other than by opening the window. Which means, cold air will blast in. I think it would be nice to sleep on the warm floor.
4. Pillows are flat! And there are only 2 (queen bed room)
5. Shower is only Hot, Hotter, Hottest! Hot is really HOT! No warm.. turn the tap to the 'cold' side, the water stops running.
6. Only 1 bath towel provided and 2 face towels.
7. Room is only cleaned, watee replenished and towels changed. They will not make the room up unless you place a request card on the door.
8. Hair brush provided is re-used. There are dust and hair by the accumulation of past users.
9. Check-in strictly at 3pm. I had to roam for and hour before returning to check-in.
10. Amenities are basic. No dental provided.
11. Walls not soundproof. You can even here people talking along the street outside the hotel when your room is at level 6.
12. Room is actually quite small.
13. No USB ports.. you gotta make sure you have the 2-pin adaptor.
14. The window is also the emergency exit. Hence there is no grill. Its totally opened. If you have kids, it will be a hazard you need to really consider.
15. Only 2 clothes hangers provided. For the first time, i was not bothered to wash my clothes while travelling.

The place is not cheap. For the amount i paid, it was a regret to have moved from another hotel. It does not give value for money other than its location and availability of authentic Uzbhekistan food just opposite the hotel.

If i missed anything out, well.. consider it a blessing 🙄
