SIGNIEL Seoul exceeded every expectation I had for a luxury hotel experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. Check-in was handled with elegance and efficiency, and Roy, who assisted me, was exceptional throughout my stay. He consistently checked in on me, ensured I had the best seating and views during lounge hours, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a reservation. My suite was stunning — wall-to-wall windows overlooking Seoul, a spacious marble bathroom with a soaking tub, and a dressing room that kept the space organized and peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and nightly turndown service included thoughtful touches like hot tea and macarons, which made each evening feel special. The lounge was a highlight, offering complimentary sparkling wine, champagne, spirits, and hors d’oeuvres daily. The staff were warm, attentive, and even happy to help take photos. It felt relaxed yet refined. Breakfast was massive, beautifully presented, and delicious — easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. I also loved the convenience of being able to walk underground directly to Lotte World Mall, especially during cold weather. SIGNIEL Seoul delivers true five-star luxury with heartfelt service. I felt spoiled in the best way and would absolutely return.
