This is not a hotel guys. This is a motel. This place is very cheap in all aspect. Don’t expect a hotel material. Both sindap and dapsimni subway stations are 50 meters near. But I suggest you take sindap station, it’s easy, only one exit and it’s sitting in the park. Few stairs Like 10 steps going in and out. One straight crosswalk from the station all the way to grim hotel landmark IBK BANK go further straight until you reach the toilet store, cross again and you’ve arrive at the hotel. While dapsimni station is very big has lots of exits and steep stairs not good for travelers with heavy luggages. It’s near in exit 1. Straight crosswalk all the way to IBK BANK same directions. Cleanliness is tolerable after many nights of staying here. Or maybe we get used to it. But first impression was very old, super cheap, smelly stinky pipes especially at night. Lots of tiny flies in the bathroom. That explains why there’s insect killer spray at the room. Running a steamy shower will remove them. Cleanliness is not good. You literally have to ask cleaning lady to clean your room. The room gets very dusty everytime, they don’t have vacuum. All Duvet has permanent stains, I don’t know what kind of washing they do. This one is worst than an air bnb, but better than a backpacker for comparing price. Free flowing of bottled water and juice by request. You have to ask for big towels also, they just provide face towel. Or bring your own, we never use towel here. (This is a motel remember) I don’t use their brush & comb either. Owner will give you a bag of toothbrushes, with condoms. (I was actually shock to see that. It’s a good thing my son didn’t check it first) There’s big supplies of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion and face essence and hair spray. A dirty and old plastic kettle. There’s hair dryer. A cheap and ugly thin robes. Microwave is on the lobby. Theres Small bbq house beside the motel where you can eat samgyupsal, but most of the customers there are men drinking soju and beer, I don’t recommend if you are all girls. Nearest supermarket is Homeplus one station away yongdu station, entrance is directly connected to subway it’s in B1. nearby Starbucks cafe and convenience store in dapsimni station. Far from touristy places but reachable thru subways. Same line in Hongik or Hongdae University. Hongik is like myeongdong but college students hub. Lots of shopping and souvenir shops there, and restaurants at affordable price. Lots of cute cafes too.
