I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, especially thanks to Paula at reception. My flight was unexpectedly cancelled, and she made a stressful situation much easier by handling my check-in quickly and efficiently, with great understanding and kindness. The rooms are very quiet and extremely clean, which made it easy to rest after a long day. I also appreciated that extra pillows are available upon request, adding an extra level of comfort. Another big plus is that the hotel provides invoices for airline companies if needed, which was very helpful in my situation. Overall, excellent service and a smooth experience. Highly recommended.
