We were attending a 3-day event at BITEC so we stayed at this place as it was just across. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was even a small covered balcony good for air-drying clothes. The only downside is the bed is as hard as a massage bed which was quite uncomfortable. No elevator, too. The place is quite difficult to spot on the street as it doesn't have a sign. If using Google Maps or booking via Grab, just input the address and it will lead you to it. It's in a gated compound.
