Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! Every time we stepped in and out, we were greeted with the friendliest smiles at the reception. The warm welcome made me feel so good. The staffs at check-in were incredibly fluent in english, super friendly, quick, and attentive, ensuring a seamless start to my stay. The highlight of my experience was the flexibility with the late check-out, which made my departure stress-free and allowed me to enjoy my stay even more. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about guest comfort and satisfaction, going above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, there is a common area at 8th floor which made me more comfortable with using utensils, kitchenwares, microwave and also with reading. But it was the outstanding service at the reception that really made my visit memorable. With this budget, we will definitely be returning, and highly recommend this place for its hospitality
