Most pleasant place to stay. The staff at reception are excellent and most friendly, fixing small problems immediately. We had booked two basic rooms and were upgraded on arrival. When I enquired if I could leave the car parked in the hotel car park until later in the afternoon, there was no problem. WE also enjoyed drinks at the Japanese Sky Bar where there was a very good sax player entertaining patrons. We will certainly be back as the hotel is also very favourably situated near Nana Shytrain.
