Best staff anywhere I have been around the world. Great communication. Location perfect right next to the the junction of the overground BTS train and the underground MRT trains. The infamous soi Cowboy is just round the back for those who want it. Rooms very well kept and big bathroom. However, you need a degree in hotel lighting to turn some/all the lights on and off. The breakfast is weird. A good and varied choice of main meal with a small cup of coffee. But that is it. No bread/toast, no fruit juice, cereal cold meats etc and if you want a second cup of tea or coffee you have to pay for it. The main/only problem is the wifi and often I can't post photos on Facebook. I still love the place, though.
