I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and was impressed from the very beginning, starting from when I came to see the sample room. On my check-in day, Saturday, November 8th, the reception staff provided excellent service. On the check-out day, I requested a late check-out and the staff handled it very well. P’Belle was very nice and helpful with moving or storing my belongings while I went out to run errands. Overall, all the staff members were truly wonderful. Here are the names of the staff members I was able to gather: Pat , Ayer , Trainee , Gun , Patty , Noey , Pim , Fah and the Bellman.
