I was there from 08/Nov/2022~11/Nov/2022, my stay was good as the staff there are all very friendly, especially Zai. He help me on all my request and response fast. Thank you to Zai. There is another lady at the counter but i forgotten to ask her name, she is friendly too. In the room, the water pressure is very good, but the room soundproof is not that good as we can hear noises, knocking on door while inside our own room, overall is ok. There is a few sets of breakfast choice and it all taste good. The hotel location is very good as it is beside The Market, Big C and opposite centre world. There is a bridge that can link to platinum mall with a few mins walk. My sister said she would book this Hotel when she go Bangkok again and it goes same to me.
