I've had a fantastic time over the last two weeks in Bangkok and it's been made extra special by the staff at this S.M Grande. Bearing in mind it is a 3 star hotel, the decor is definitely very 'tired'. I'm guessing not been updated since the 90's. But that is the owners fault and not the on duty staff. Micha is the lady manager, very lovely and helpful. Gigi works in the daytime, again very helpful and Mia works in the evening. Mia lights the room up with her welcoming smile and is a gem. Any problems or queries they are ultra quick to sort out for you. Rooms are spacious from my experience. This is my first time here and will definitely stay again
