Highly Recommend. It's our second time staying at this hotel our first was before the COVID. We really appreciated the service and the hospitality of the staff so was Mrs Ornuma the owner who is such a friendly person that we maintain a very good relationship. Her staff always greets you whenever you enter the lobby with their culture of bowing with the word Sawatica. The room was very cozy, good air conditioning, the towels are changed daily, you are also given two bottles of water daily and coffee and tea. We had nothing negative all was perfect. Every time we come to Bangkok it will be Furama Exclusive Pratunam Park Hotel. In addition to the above comments I would also recommend if you decide to book for any excursions do it with Avatar tour operator with the famous lady Lida she's so helpful and all her schedules are on time. We have enjoyed our one day trip to Pattaya to mention the famous tour guide Alex was an amazing person explaining every little things that he could think of. Congratulations Alex keep up with your hospitality and the good work. I also can't conclude without saying a big congratulations to Mrs Ornuma and her staff keep it up. Berty & Amandine.
