Had 3 nights here, booked direct for best deal, had a 1 bedroom apartment, lovely and clean and well appointed, maybe too well appointed as a lot of seats, 4 seats around dining room table just made place feel crowded. Bed was lovely and relaxing and total blackout from curtains and could not hear the street noise, Lovely stay. Would give the executive floor a miss as nothing special. We had a washing machine in 1 bedroom apartment, which was excellent, but no dryer, no place to hang clothes up. But the hotel offered to dry our clothes for us after we had washed them. Very nice service, but just fit a washer / dryer in rooms please. Breakfast was lovely. As this place is more for business people, it was great as not a lot of kids (noisy kids that run wild as parents do nothing to control them, as too busy looking at phones all the time). So proper service, quiet and calm and sense of maturity. Lovely. Also 7/11 across road for all food needs at a good price.
