This hotel has amazing staff service. I was in doubt while check-in about how the service will be but everything changed from the moment i got off from the Grab Car. The bell boy (Surya) ran in to assist me to get my luggages. My luggages were heavy and at that time there no empty luggage trolley,so he carried those luggages by his hand. Then at the reception the staff named Rin was very helpful. He was occupied with few older people but he also informed us to wait and he served me very swiftly. Then when i checked in the room,there was a problem with the toilet bidet,after informing about this,the matter was solved within minutes! I was really impressed. Throughout our 12days stay the service from the front desk people and the other staffs were consistent. Especially the house keeping guy Kumar. He was a very nice guy and accepted our request of cleaning our room at a later time. The location of this hotel is fantastic! All the street shops and halal restaurants were nearby. Getting a taxi or tuktuk was easy as hopping into ur own car from ur garage! The only 2 things that i didn’t like were the breakfast and no facility for drying up the clothes in the room. However, I would definitely come back to this hotel at my next visit.
