I have stayed at royal suite hotel couple of times now & everytime the staff excel with great hospitality, care and customer service. Due to the nature of my job I travel a lot & have had privilege of staying at some of the most expensive & luxurious hotels in the world yet the kind of experience that I received from royal suite hotel triumphs over as one of the best. I would like to thank pattha, korn,gram,bew , pa and namo for making my stay wonderful. And special thanks to Melissa for her exceptional attention to detail in her service & for remembering my meal preferences even though I last visited 3 months ago.
