I first stayed here on a one month rental then ended up signing a 6 month contract once I got a job. It's in a great location. It' a 5 minute walk a BTS station and a 10 minute walk from a MRT station. It's also close to Chatuchak market and park. The rooms are clean and bright. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus, there's excellent food to be found on the surrounding sois. I paid 7000 baht per month for the 6 month contract and I think I paid 9000 baht for the one month contract. I also think the the prices have rised slightly and it's now 7500 per month for a 6 month contract. They have larger rooms available which are more expensive. They also do a daily rates but I don't know how much this is. I highly recommend Mansion Sarasinee.
