I guess i was lucky enough to check in at Chaleena Bangkok Hotel that day. As i informed that i was traveling alone and needed a room for two nights. They asked me if i want a cheaper room. So i happily accepted the offer and to my surprise it was Egypt Boutique. Amazing interior and luxurious room. As i entered the lobby the interior caught my eyes. Taking about the room. It is comfy and quiet. I was surprised to find out BBC and Aljazeera on TV. There are multiple english channels. I didn't spent much time to explore the hotel but i found that all the staffs were friendly. nevertheless, malls and attractions are quite far from the hotel. perhaps around 45 minutes. you can find small food stall just near by the hotel which isnt bad at all. its a must try spot. if you are willing to spend few baht on taxi this hotel can be a good choice.
