Citrus Sukhumvit 13 Nana Bangkok by Compass Hospitality 

Overall, the stay was very good and the experience at Citrus 13 made us very happy as a family. All the staff we met were kind, attentive and did their jobs very well, from the male staff using the tuk-tuk style shuttle (we just called him "Mr. TukTuk") who dropped us at nearby public transport, to the receptionists Wan and Sprite, and the housekeeper who took care of our room every day. The location requires a short walk to and from BTS Nana, BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit, right in the main tourist area, but the surroundings still have everything we needed such as local eateries, massage places and several 7/11 stores. Check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient, which we really appreciated as we were travelling with a young child. The hotel and room feel very new, with all the essentials we expected from a good mid-range property, including a smooth, fast elevator with keycard security that only allows access to your own floor. The fresh citrus scent around the property made our stay feel even more pleasant, and housekeeping kept everything very clean with daily cleaning, linen changes and removal of used bedding and towels. There are just a couple of small areas that could be improved. It was quite difficult to get the right balance on the hot-and-cold water in the shower, as even a small adjustment could quickly become too hot or too cold, and the TV signal was sometimes unstable, which made it harder for our daughter to watch cartoons while we were getting ready to go out. Apart from those minor issues, everything else was excellent and very good value for money. We would happily come back to this hotel in the future and would also love to try other properties in the Compass Hospitality chain.
