My three friends and I stayed at Casa Nithra Bangkok from 11–15 June and our stay honestly couldn’t have been better. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was excellent throughout. But it’s the staff who truly make this hotel Pim, Jess, Annie and Eye in particular deserve so much credit. They were endlessly polite, friendly and welcoming, and absolutely nothing was ever too much trouble. A few examples of just how far they went for us, when I arrived at Bangkok airport, I found a wheel had come off my Samsonite suitcase. Pim immediately found a local repair company and arranged for it to be collected. The next day, I had trouble getting the QR payment code to work, so Jess kindly covered the payment from her own account while I gave her the cash, and Annie then organised for the repaired case to be collected and brought back to the hotel. What could have been really stressful was handled so smoothly and cheerfully. Pim also helped us complete our e-visa applications for the next leg of our trip to Malaysia, with Pim stepping in to sort out an issue we were having. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff are one in a million and if I’m ever back in Bangkok, Casa Nithra is the only place I’d stay.
