We staid for a night before heading to the BKK airport. Check in was smooth, and the room we had was spacious and well equiped - private restroom, hot shower, air cond, coffee/tea/water, comfy queen size bed, modern decor. Lovely decor at the lobby, with cozy seats and lounge-like ambiance. They have their own cafe with western food, drinks and sandwiches/pizza to choose from. Staff was very friendly and offered help to hull our luggage to the third floor as there's no elevator. There was a simple breakfast on the house, with some biscuits/ toast/ hot drinks available. Location is 10 mins walk from Hua Mak airport link subway station, and costs around 300 baht to taxi to the BKK airport. Nearby, within walking distance is Mcdonald's, The Pizza Company, local restaurants, KFC, and a large Tesco Lotus with its own food court and various fast foods (Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, and local cafes). Check out was smooth, we just dropped the keys at the counter and call staff on their lobby phone to inform. That's it. We love their friendliness and proactive service, their attitude towards customer satisfaction is what caught our attention. Overall, this is quite a bargain for the money we pay for.
