I have no..ZERO idea how one would rate this hotel below a four (4). respectfully, i see many cultures here and their idea of standards is paying $30 for a hotel room expecting the service and such of a $200 a night hotel. i have seen/experience this many times. first-the lobby. AC'd and comfortable the moment you walk in. check in was not issue. nice persons at the desk. the room could be like a high end hotel. a CALIFORNIA size and quality king bed. new AC. WIFI 'smoking fast and relaible. hot shower, good water pressure. i had a medical procedure here and was resting. quite for the most part. i even extended one day. 7/11 and stree food like 150m away. i agree this is not in the "party" area in is somewhat near the airport. if for a 2- or 1-day layover. near perfect and i paid a whopping $25 for this beautiful room with a california king bed and new AC/ good wifi. 5 starts.
