Together Hostel Chiang Mai

This is a bare bones hostel with no real frills. The thing that makes this place great is its people, location... and the dog! The owners can speak English, Chinese, and Thai. They are really helpful too. They are very knowledgeable about the area, super friendly and welcoming, and they even walked me to Chinatown. Its location is east of the old city by 4 blocks or so. It is also pretty close to the Chinatown. It is in a quiet neighborhood and I never heard any outside noise during my 4 night stay. And the DOG. Her name is Ferrari and she is a Boston Terrier. She is also around 4 years old and LOVES people. So friendly. She loves to play too, but usually when the sun goes down, she gets super sleepy. They also have lockers for your valuables, sofas downstairs and outside, a big table in the main lobby, a terrace style second lobby they overlooks the main lobby with seating, bookcases and a big TV. Outside of the terrace, there is a laundry area with a washing machine that you can use for a low fee. On the top floor, there is a small rooftop area where you can smoke or chill with friends. It is enclosed and very private. No outside peeking.
