My boyfriend and I went to Chiang Mai for the very first time last December. We spend 4 nights in White Chalet. A 10-rooms B&B. Not too far from Hua Rin Corner. Less then 10 mintues walk to Central Mall. Tuk-tuk is easy to get, but rent a motobike is the best way to know Chiang Mai. Price for a niight? Fair price for a B&B, we booked it online. Do visit Night Bazar and if you're in town during weekend, ask people around about the Weekend Walking Market. But above it all.. do buy/find Nancy Chandler's Chiang Map.. it's very-very-very usefull!
