We loved our stay at The Terrace B&B. The rooms are clean, the bathroom was very clean (with hot water) and we had a small balcony in front of our door and at the room. The staf from the B&B where very friendfull and helfull. When we left for our jungle trek, we can leave our luggage in their accommodation for free! Great place to stay in Chiang Mai. Only thing is that the breakfast is not a real breakfast. Just some toast, coffee and tea which you can make yourself. But is was okay for us.
