I'm commenting here because I saw a negative review where a person went into great detail about insect and mouse infestation. I just want to say that I have lived here for years and I have never heard or seen anything like this. Literally, zero people have had this kind of issue. The person that wrote that negative review has some kind of mental problem and is trying to ruin the hotel's reputation simply because the owner didn't give into this guests every unreasonable demand. This is an excellent, clean, well-run hotel right next to the Nimman area and just up the road from Maya shopping mall. I'm really angry that this tenant actually tore the edge off a huge bag of rice and then made up some nonsense about mice doing it. This tenant was a bad seed and was intent on creating issues about the hotel from day 1. I can tell you that everyone who stays here is overjoyed that this guest has left.
