I booked this for my family of 4 and our friends who were visiting us from NZ. The owner was so accomodating. VERY friendly and spoke excellent English. The rooms tasteful and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here. It's a 700 metre walk to old town, but the songtow taxi trucks go passed regularly and are 20 Baht per person. On Saturday night the street was closed off for a lively market, super fun! We were upgraded to a suite due to the fact a room we booked had a problem. All of us would stay here again.
