Among all of the hotel visited, De sea almond hotel was my crush of this 3 weeks trip in Thailand. The owner/manager will always take very good care of customers and her staff is very nice. They will both suggest and organize many activities : tour around the area for a reasonable price, snorkeling or diving, rent a kayak or a scooter, and so on … breakfast is both local and international and ready when needed. Their cook can offer dinner and will adapt the chili level with willingness. The hotel is very quiet and literally 10 meters away from the beach with many comfy tables sheltered from the sun. Least but not last, rooms are spacious, some with balconies for smokers and the view on islands around is amazing. What else could you wish if you want to an authentic time away from the crowd?
