ALL THE STAFF, FROM THE HOTEL MANAGERS (MR. PETE, OPS MGR., MR. KHUN NUENG, FB MGR., AND FRONT DESK, MS. NITTAYA, HEAD) TO THE HOUSEKEEPERS DINING ROOM SERVERS, HOTEL PORTERS, WERE VERY ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND HELPFUL. THE ROOMS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, AND SECURE, WITH GREAT VIEWS OVERLOOKING THE ELEGANT AND VERY LARGE LANDSCAPED GARDENS. THE CHARMING AND SPACIOUS DINING ROOMS OFFER GREAT, DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY MEAL CHOICES. THE BAR IS COZY AND QUIET. THE HUGE AND QUIET LAP POOL LOCATED RIGHT BY THE HOTEL AND GARDENS HAVE SOME SHALLOW PARTS THAT ARE IDEAL FOR YOUNG KIDS. THE HOTEL OFFERS FREE SHUTTLE SERVICES TO THE NEARBY KAK FARANG SHOPPING CENTER. MY WIFE AND I LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING AT THIS OUTSTANDING, BEAUTIFUL, AND RELAXING HOTEL AGAIN SOON. GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY!
