I spent two days at Insda Wellness Resort and left feeling completely renewed. Their focused two-day program is beautifully designed around meditation, yoga, and holistic healing — balancing the spiritual, mental, and physical. Each day began with sunrise yoga overlooking the hills, followed by guided meditation sessions that quieted the mind in a way I haven’t experienced elsewhere.
