Last minute plans for Hat yai trip and we ended up booking this hotel. I didn't have high expectations but the reason I chose this hotel was because of the safe parking facility (just in front of your room). The check-in/check-out process went smoothly. The owner/employee can communicate in English. Rooms are basic but complete. I asked for an extra bed but they gave me a mattress instead (but its ok). The hotel is not located in the middle of the city center. But not a problem if you drive your own car. You can find a halal restaurant nearby (less than 5 minutes drive). Overall, a good stay and I will book the same hotel for my next trip in Hat Yai, InsyaAllah.
