Ozo Phuket was an excellent hotel. We got a better experience than we paid for. Hotel is clean. The staff is excellent. Their free breakfast buffet is exceptional and has many food stations/choices. It is very family friendly but quiet. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The location was great. There is a 7 eleven and ATM directly across from hotel, which is convenient.
